Aditi Babel is undoubtedly a rising star. It is both a brave and terrifying thing to know oneself, but Babel delivers poetry of the most brutal honesty by exploring the flaws of both herself and the people who have shaped her life. The reader quickly falls into a trance cast by Babel’s relatable poetry exploring raw and powerful lessons… her words shine through her wisdom and her tragedy. These poems are home.

FEATURED REVIEWS

As someone who finds their identity hard to grasp, this book has provided me with great comfort by putting the unexplainable into prose. It has been a long time since a book has held the power within its pages to make me feel how the author feels: to transport you into their student room in a small city in England or a bustling metropolis in China. I cannot recommend this little book enough as I can safely say that it is a book you will read over and over and over and over again.

ABOUT THE BOOK

Aditi took her first international flight as a six-month-old from the vibrant Indian capital of Delhi to the metropolitan city of Dubai.
